DNA: HOW ABOUT CHANGING THE POSITION OF CHAINED LETTERS?

Now that a group of researchers (British, American and Chinese), has began to decipher the genome of 1000 adult volunteers, announcing the beginning of a near future tailored medicine and that Craig Venter and his team have begun to build in the lab, the first organic bugs (to request, similar to Mycoplasma sp), we wonder about what kind of new organic bugs will emerge changing the position of DNA pair of bases covalent linked to phosphoric chains -usually- : AT (Adenine-Timine)-GC (Guanine-Citosine), to other positions (or new combinations), such as: AG-GT? or others?. Bobby Fischer, said that chess game could be born again if we just changed the position of the queens (white and black), from their usual left location to the right. Sure, it would appear millions of new combinations. The until today unbeatable Deep Blue Computer, must start again.
