ROBOTIC  HAND  CONTROLLED  by  the  MIND

Current anthropomorphic robotic hands are not only able to catch, throw or manipulate objects like human natural hands, but glimpses soon to be more highly coordinated and powerful than these. In the near future, someone using their hands by necessity (workers, soldiers), that perceive that these do not help them in their jobs properly, could amputate and replaced them by robotic hands of last generation according to their needs. The operation of robotic hands is now possible using the mind only. A connection (brain-machine interface), makes possible to send electrical messages from the brain cortex (intracortical electrodes) to a computer and then to a  robotic hand, bypassing  any previous human neurological connection, damaged by trauma or disease. Thus, almost without thinking, we are entering to transhumanist fields, step   predicted by some philosophers of cybernetics.

MANOS  ROBÓTICAS  CONTROLADAS   POR   LA    MENTE

Las manos robóticas antropomórficas  actuales no solo son capaces de  coger,  lanzar  o manipular objetos de modo similar a  las manos naturales humanas, sino que  se entrevé que pronto serán   más finas, coordinadas  y poderosas que estas. En un futuro cercano,  alguien que use sus  manos por necesidad (obreros, soldados)  y perciba que estas no lo ayudan adecuadamente en su trabajo, podrían amputárselas y reemplazarlas por  manos robóticas de última generación, según sus necesidades.  El funcionamiento de las manos robóticas es posible ahora haciendo uso únicamente de nuestra voluntad. Una conexión (maxhine-brain interface), hace posible el envío de mensajes eléctricos de la corteza cerebral (electrodos intracorticales), a una computadora y de ahí a la mano  robótica,  bypaseando cualquier conexión neurológica humana previa, dañada por traumas o enfermedades. De este modo y casi sin pensarlo, estamos   ingresando a la era transhumanista `predicha por algunos filósofos de la cibernética.
